Before we get to the list of the Top Five Fast Food Fish Fixes, I think we can all agree that the fast-food fish sandwiches tend to taste the best with a clear soda such as Sprite or Starry Night. Thus, when you see the ads on TV, expect to see a clear soda along with them. As for the ones you get at a bar during lent called "Fish and Chips", clearly, you need to get yourself an ice cold brewski for those ones!

You may have a tough time finding a still existing White Castle, but if you do, these are a must! You'd be surprised, but if you've ever had a White Castle Slider, then you know just how devilishly good their food can be! They are tiny, so you can eat as many or as few as you want, and not feel to bad about yourself after. I wouldn't recommend them before or on a long weekend road tripe however, personal story there, that I will spare you from.
While they may be famous for their Galley Boy, you need to check out the entire menu at Swensons. From Fried Bologna Sandwiches and Hot Dogs to Chicken sandwiches and Milkshakes, they have it all, including fried fish! Swensons is can't miss no matter what you order, and this delight is no exception!
It tastes just like the Filet O Fish at Mickey D's, but you only need to eat one to be filled up. It also comes with perhaps the best fast food French fries ever made! Again, it is thick and really the only issue is if you cannot digest sesame buns. Maybe if you ask nice enough, they will sub the bun out. Besides, if the word "double" appears on a fast-food menu, you know it has to be good!
A personal favorite of legendary horror author Ty Schwamberger, this thing is BIG! Tasty too! Like in other area's of Burger King, it is made fresh and on the grill. It comes with giant pickles, lettuce and a bit of a tangier form of Tatar sauce as there is nothing subtle about this sandwich. You REALLY have to LOVE fast food fish sandwiches to enjoy something this size, or you may be grossed out or just plain full, halfway through.
Arby's Crispy Fish Sandwich
This one just misses our top 5 not because it isn't good, but because let's face it, if you're going to Arby's, you're grabbing the Roast Beef N Cheddar every single time no matter what day it is!
You may need to eat a couple with some large fries to get filled up, but there is nothing beating out this classic! The only drawback is when you happen to bite into that little black thing that looks like an eyeball, if you can get past that nugget of fun, you're in a for a solid meal with the salty fries and Sprite.
