The Road to 26 Series Coming to Cleveland on June 6 as Brazil Takes on Egypt.

The Road to 26 series will stop through Cleveland on June 6 as Brazil collides with Egypt.  This is en route to a an appearance in the 2026 World Cup for both.

 

About the teams:

 

Brazil – A five time winner of the FIFA World Cup, with five tournament championships (1958, 1962, 1970, 1994 and 2002) and two runner-up finishes (1950 and 1998)

They are the all time leader in World Cup wins with 76 and matches player with 114.

 

Egypt – Egypt has won the Africa Cup of Nations a seven times, which is a record. The experience is vastly different however as they have only made three appearances in the FIFA World Cup

 

History – They have met 6 times since 1960 with Brazil winning each time.  The last time they played was in 2011.
