2 – Not making every effort possible to sign Joe Flacco
3 – Not drafting a running back in the second round, or not trading for one. They settled for a pass catcher in Ford, only to not throw him the ball. They signed Foreman, and barely hand him the ball.
Either someone else starts at QB next week, or Stefanski gives up play calling. Neither will happen, and the season from Hell will continue.
