Oh how I loved this show!  Buster Bunny and Babs Bunny where the main leads of it, but for the most part everyone else was a mini version of one of the popular looney tunes before them. In fact, it was as if they recreated Looney Tunes but in kid / pre-teen version.   For example, Dizzy was a child version of the Tasmanian Devil, Plucky Duck was a kid version of Daffy Duck and Hamilton was a miniature version of Porky Pig.  Those are just a few examples of many.  This should would eventually lead to another spinoff in the form of the Animaniacs.
