The Bachelorette Hot Takes

Jordan the race car driver gets the solo date with Rachel

I have to say a NASA style date is super romantic, but at the same time, with my luck, I’d puke.  That aside with the romance of the date and the exhilarating music in the background, you just knew Jordan was getting a rose.

However, this season is no slam dunk for anyone as Rachel is not messing around and proves it early on here. She knew she wasn’t 100% sold on Jordan and had to let him go, rather than talk herself into it.

She has already her heart crushed once on this show, and she is determined not to have it happen again. This is also when reality truly sets in for the boys back in the house, this may be a game, but is real life too.

Chris is worried Rachel and Gabby may have sex with someone else?

Um Chris,,,, have you ever seen this show?  If not, we have Madison from Pilot Pete’s season on line one.  You have a character like this every single season.  Susie from last year learned the hard way as well.  You cannot control what other people do. Bottom line……

Nate goes on a solo date with Gabby

As a father of two daughters myself, I instantly have to pull for Nate.  Nothing like rooting for a fellow Dad!  He seems sincere and in it for the right reasons.  I can see him going far as it appears Gabby will be the one, he is courting.

Speaking of Gabby, it sure does seem like they are making her out to be the older sister who has it all together thus far. I also found it interesting that both dates took place with no gravity, or in the sky.

Team Gabby or Team Rachel

What a horrible way to look at it if you are one of the men on the show.  Why in the world would you limit yourself to just one woman when you’re on a show to meet your match?  You shouldn’t cut off 50% of your options for no reason at all.  Plus, I just hate that whole “team” saying with anything.

For the record, I’m team “Peanut Butter” not Jelly
