Carl is one heck of a trouble maker and has caused early tension in the house by leading Katie to believe that certain men are there for the wrong reasons. He got the idea from earlier drama caused by Cody being ratted out by fellow San Diego contestant Aaron for not being sincere with his intentions.
A couple of things here to consider. How the hell, in such a huge city that San Diego is, do you actually find two people who knew each other and didn’t get along before coming on the show. Something about that doesn’t add up. I think that entire thing was set up by the producers and Cody was a plant.
When you step back and look at it, can you really blame Carl? Sure, he is a complete and utter tool. But at the end of the day, he simply answered a question with how he truly felt. Time will tell if he was right or not.
