The Sheetz located at at Ohio 82 and Prospect Road in Strongsville will be closing in the near future to undergo a rebuild to it’s structure and concept. This particular location has been in Strongsville since 2009 and has done quite well, however the company is looking to change with the times and will be adding a EV Charging Station to get, “get with the times”.
Other additions to the rebuild will include
- A Drive-thru to order food and drink only, no shopping items
12 outdoor dining seats,
10 electric-vehicle charging stations next to the car wash area.
Extra space designated to exchange and purchase propane canisters behind the store on the South End of the Property.
All of this was voted on and approved by the city in late 2024.
This will add on to the land by another 2500 feet as the current location takes up 6,000 square feet while this new design should account for around 7,500. All of this may seem crazy but Sheetz confirmed they already have charging stations at 84 of it’s locations nationwide.
