by It was senior night for the Field Falcons, unfortunately the night did not go as planned for Field. In a game that looked like a complete mismatch the Streetsboro Rockets defeated the Falcons 49-0. The Streetsboro Rockets now improve to 9-0 and the Field Falcons fall to 7-2 on the season.
A few plays into Streetsboro’s opening drive of the game, running back Marcus Council had a 53 yard explosive run. The big play set up a 2 yard touchdown run by quarterback Cohen Klimak putting the Rockets up 7-0 early. On the ensuing kickoff Streetsboro recovered a live ball at Field’s 18 yard line. Streetsboro quickly cashed in as Cohen Klimak scored his second touchdown on a 4 yard run to put the Rockets up 14-0 in the first quarter. Field’s lack of offense would cause the first quarter to end with Streetsboro leading 14-0.
After moving the ball down field a promising drive by the Falcons ended on a failed fourth down pass attempt in the second quarter. On Streetsboro’s following drive Janiere Cook scored on a 18 yard touchdown run to put the Rockets up 21-0. Late in the first half Cohen Klimak threw a 67 yard touchdown pass to Manny Gibson to extend the lead to 28-0. Field’s final drive of the half ended when Cohen Klimak picked off Peyton Anderson and took it back 53 yards for a pick 6 making the score 35-0 with the Rockets leading at half.
On Streetsboro’s first drive of the second half Cohen Klimak had a 53 yard touchdown run to extend the lead to 42-0 in the third quarter. Later in the third quarter Peyton Anderson threw an interception to Manny Gibson giving the Rockets the ball at Field’s 45 yard line. The turnover would lead to Manny Gibson scoring on a 7 yard touchdown run to make the score 49-0 in the fourth quarter. The Falcons would fail to move the ball throughout the game and lost by a final score of 49-0.

Field Falcons quarterback Peyton Anderson completed 8 passes for 41 yards and 2 interceptions. Anderson also rushed for 54 yards,

Streetsboro Rockets quarterback Cohen Klimak rushed for 118 yards, 3 touchdowns and threw a 67 yard touchdown pass. Cohen also had a 53 yard pick 6.
Streetsboro Rockets running back Manny Gibson had 51 rushing yards, a rushing touchdown, a 67 yard touchdown catch and an interception.
