A league of their own (1992)- Young Tom Hanks in one of his funniest roles as a down and out ball player Jimmy Dugan who’s last chance at staying with baseball is managing and all women’s league while the men are at war. The dynamic between Hanks and Geena Davis as the female lead is great and the way both characters learn from each other more than they ever anticipated helps make this movie and unforgettable one.
