It has been a disaster thus far as he doesn’t main event big PPV’s, and often jerks the curtain on Dynamite and Collision. Strickland has been a giant afterthought as champion and the goofy dance Prince Nana does continues to take legitimacy away from his reign. For a guy who can go in the ring, he deserves better as he proved when he took on Will Ospreay. Cut the gimmick, put him over in an actual main event, and then we can truly judge this reign.
Which means the title fight at ALL IN will be swerves first big defence of his title at a PPV then…
