by WM 34 – The only thing keeping this great show from being in the top five, is the abomination that saw Braun Strowman pick some kid from the crowd to be his tag team partner.
With the sole exception of that mistake, the rest of the card hit on every cylinder. That one mistake will cost it it’s greatness however.
The best match of the night was Asuka losing to Charlotte Flair. That match alone could have headlined 10-15 WrestleMania’s, and may have been the catalyst for this years main event choice.
Also helping that was the fantastic performance put on by Ronda Rousey in her match tagging with Kurt Angle against HHH and Stephanie McMahon.
Alexa Bliss held her own and carried Nia Jax to a good championship match as well. The Undertaker and Cena both made their presence felt in a goose bump moment. Seth Rollins kicked off the show with a barn burner against The Miz & Fin Balor. Daniel Bryan made an emotional return to the ring to tag with Shane McMahon, defeating Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn.
An all-around sensational night in front of the fans in NOLA.
Even Brock Lesnar shocked everyone by beating super human Roman Reigns. Fans were convinced Lesnar was leaving before he up ended Reigns.

WM XXVIII – It was the match made for once in a lifetime, The Rock vs John Cena. Never had a WrestleMania Main event been made one year in advance like this one was. It paid off in scores as the fan’s anticipation was through the roof for it. It felt like a heavyweight prize fight.
The undercard was extremely good as well. Highlights included the greatest Hell in the Cell Match of all time as HHH took on The Undertaker with special guest referee Shawn Michaels. The match was nearly 30 minutes and told an emotional and very dramatic story. It is hard to believe it is now 7 years later and they are both still wrestling. This match will forever link the three men.
Chris Jericho and CM Punk did a serviceable job in the WWE title match as well. It wasn’t as good as some may have hoped, but it wasn’t lousy either. The Big Show picked up a rare win at WrestleMania as he knocked out Cody Rhodes.
The card itself was only 9 matches long, and it is hard to believe because the opening match only lasted 18 seconds as Sheamus took the World Title from Daniel Bryan with one swift kick. People forget about the Randy Orton vs Kane match, but that too was even good. A five-star card from top to bottom!
