Parma’s version of the Rib Burn off is going on this weekend, June 5th – June 8th and is loaded with things to do, music to listen too and food to eat. Get ready to indulge in mouthwatering ribs, delicious sides, and rock out to live music all day long. Bring your friends, family, and an empty stomach for a day filled with good food, great music, and even better company. Don’t miss out on the tastiest event of the year!

This years festivities will be held at The Shoppes of Parma.
Vendors
Over 20 of the nation’s best rib burners will be on hand for your to taste and judge.
This includes last years winner Off The Bones as well as Armadillo and Mojo’s Famous BBQ just to name a few.
