by The Padua Athletic Department announced today that Head Coach Melissa Siedlecki will not be returning for the 2025-26 season, as she plans to spend more time with her family and support her
children’s high school and college commitments.
“We greatly appreciate Coach Siedlecki stepping in to lead the Girls Lacrosse program beginning in
the spring of 2023,” said Athletic Director Kevin Leigh. “We are thankful for her dedication and the
personal sacrifices she made over the past three seasons. We wish her all the best as she enjoys
more time with her family.”
The search for the next Head Girls Lacrosse Coach is underway, and the position will remain open until filled. Interested candidates should submit a resume and references to Kevin Leigh at
