Olmsted Falls Takes A Bite Out Of North Ridgeville

2nd quarter

The quarter started with a Olmsted Falls interception and continued with stalled possession by both teams until the 10:24 mark when the Bulldogs scored on three run plays, gaining 59 yards on the first play and ending with a 5 yard touchdown smash by the big man Parkowski; Olmsted Falls 21 North Ridgeville 10.

With 4:20 left in the half, the Bulldogs with a short field and a big running back, scored from the 1 yard line; giving Parkowski the touchdown hat trick and the Bulldogs a 27-10 lead.

The Bulldogs defense stood tall to get the ball back on the Rangers’ side of the field, giving quarterback Ciolek the opportunity to score on a keeper from the 26 yard line and increasing Bulldogs’ lead to 34-10.

With both teams fumbling on back to back possessions and the Rangers coughing it up one more time, the Bulldogs were able to score on the recovery, pushing their lead to 41-10 at the half.
