This Foundation is to raise money to provide relief to transplant recipients, their costs of rejection medications are thousands of dollars per month and they are needed to keep them alive. Also, to provide scholarships in Rob’s name.  And to also provide financial relief to living donors as they have to take time off of work for testing work ups, surgery, etc, all to save someone’s life by giving the gift of life.

The Olmsted Falls Lady Bulldogs set the tone early and never looked back in a convincing 53–33 win over the Avon Eagles. Jesse Simon came out scorching in the first quarter, pacing Olmsted Falls to a 17–10 lead despite Avon knocking down a pair of quick three-pointers to stay within striking distance.

Avon’s coaching staff emphasized defensive fundamentals—boxing out and stepping in to take charges—but the Eagles struggled to consistently break Olmsted Falls’ full-court pressure, which disrupted Avon’s offensive rhythm from the opening tip.

In the second quarter, Simon showcased why she is the engine that drives the Bulldogs. She controlled the game with her leadership and versatility by communicating on both ends of the floor, calling plays, moving without the ball, and impacting the game from anywhere on the court.

Whether posting up, hitting from deep, or grabbing rebounds, Simon did it all as Olmsted Falls extended its lead to 32–17 at halftime. Avery Delisio provided steady support with a strong all-around performance, helping the Bulldogs maintain control heading into the break.

Avon responded with energy in the third quarter, cutting the deficit to 34–23 behind improved defensive intensity, active hands, and a disruptive press that forced Olmsted Falls into a brief timeout. However, the Bulldogs quickly regrouped and regained their rhythm to take a 41–25 lead into the fourth.

Olmsted Falls continued to roll down the stretch, with contributions coming from up and down the roster. Avon showed resilience in the second half, highlighted by Alaina Pagan’s 12 points, Abby Owens’ 11, and Chloe Collins’ strong court vision, but Olmsted Falls was simply too much on this day. Simon led all scorers with 24 points, Delisio added 13, and the Bulldogs’ balanced effort sealed a complete team victory.
