The third quarter started off just as the second quarter did, both teams punting on their respective drives. The Bulldogs started off on their own 42-yard line, and ended the drive with another field goal, giving them a 13-3 lead over the Blue Devils with 3:13 left in the third quarter. Brunswick, starting to feel the late game pressure being down ten points, threw a costly interception, which resulted in a Bulldogs touchdown drive. Going into the fourth quarter, it was all Olmsted Falls with a 17-point lead. Brunswick then had a decent drive, but ultimately resulted in a turnover on downs. Olmsted Falls’ next drive resulted in yet another Bulldogs touchdown off of a quarterback run by Jimmy Rosol for 5 yards, giving the Bulldogs a 27-3 lead with 7:30 remaining in the game.
