Ohio State vs Indiana Recap: A Tale of Two Halves for the Buckeyes

Cole’s Players of the Game

Offensive – RB Master Teague

If Indiana won, Michael Penix Jr. and Ty Fryfogle would have been the frontrunners. OSU fans have been waiting for the ground game to finally have success. Teague did just that and carried the major workload. Teague looked like a star back today and his two touchdowns were critical for the win.

Defensive – LB Pete Werner

The linebackers once again were the strength of the defense. Browning and Werner were involved in several big plays and had nearly identical stats. Werner’s sack at the end of the game gave him the edge in my books. Werner’s 8 total tackles (5 solo), 1 sack and 1 tackle for a loss should also catch the eyes of some NFL scouts. Werner continues to increase his draft stock.
