NWA Champions Who Flopped In The WWF

At Kee On Sports we are blessed to have multiple sponsors for our Sports Entertainment content.

You can find them here – https://keeonsports.com/sponsors/5/

While the NWA has one of the richest traditions and history in Pro Wrestling History, there is no denying the horrible success rate of their champions when entering into the WWF.

With the sole exception of Ric Flair, most of the others from 1969 with Dory Funk Jr – 1994 with Dan Severn went on to make little to no impact in the WWF.

Let’s take a quick peak at what happened when some of the biggest names in NWA history, made the leap to the WWF and felt flat.  This list is strictly for the performers who made the jump between 1985-1995.  The last great 10 year stretch of the NWA before it really faded away to the back pages.
