North Olmsted City Council President Lou Brossard Addresses Decision to Move City Dispatch

North Olmsted City Council President Lou Brossard was nice enough to come on the podcast today to address the decision to move the city dispatch to Chagrin Valley Dispatch. Also, talks about his decision to join the Epilepsy Association, a cause near and dear to my own heart.

Here is the full audio of that conversation.

  1. Why is the community just hearing about the city council task force and then outcome? Who were the members on the task force? Thank you.

  2. Why do they keep saying they are forced by the state and county? Lakewood and other city’s in Cuyahoga are not making a move. Why the rush? Talk more with west side communities instead of teaming up with east side communities. FOP retracted their support for a reason.

  3. Not sure why residents had no say. It makes sence to team up with our surrounding neighbors. If they are not joining, we should not have done this on our own. What about our contract with Fairview Park?

  4. Did it raise a flag to the council that all our neighboring cities wasn’t interested in joining?! I would hope so!!!
