Medina QB Dan Stoddard Wins Jenny’s Old Fashioned Popcorn Player of Week Two

There were many top performers in Week Two of the Ohio High School Football season worthy of this award, but our editors agreed on Medina quarterback Dan Stoddard as this week’s winner.

Junior quarterback Dan Stoddard gave his best Drew Allar impression on Friday Night as he filled the shoes and beyond of former 4-star Medina quarterback. Stoddard finished the game 39-53 for 620 yards, as well as 6 touchdown passes. This broke Drew Allar’s 525-yard record from last year and is good enough for top five in OHSAA History. Mix in the fact that it came against one of the best defenses in Division 2 in Avon, and it speaks volumes!

Congratulations to Dan Stoddard for being this weeks, Jenny’s Old Fashioned Popcorn Player of the Week!

This week’s player of the week is sponsored by Jenny’s Old-Fashioned Popcorn.
