Medina High School Boys Varsity Rugby beat Perrysburg High School 45-10

Medina HS Boys Rugby beat Perrysburg 45-10 in the Rugby Ohio State Semifinal and earned a spot in the State Championship match.

The Bees came out strong in the first half, leading 26-0 at the break through tries from Kyler Krogh, Dylan Boothe and two tries from Conner Gesacion. Ryan Miller kicked 3 conversions. Medina continued to pour on the points in the 2nd half with tries from Lorenzo Valley, Owen Slimmer and Kyler Krogh.

Miller put over two more conversions to round out the scoring for the Bees. Medina will face Toledo on Saturday, June 5th at 11:45am at Fortress Obetz Stadium for the State Championship.
