Freddy’s in North Olmsted Closes For Good

The Cost Of Office In North Olmsted

In truly sad news today, one of my favorite “Burger Joints” has closed, as Freddy’s in North Olmsted announced its closing earlier today. This place was GREAT!  I’m sorry to be so bias, but this is one of the very few times I will be.  The food was great, the shakes were amazing and even the service was really good ( far from common anymore ).  Truly sad to see this one leave!

    1. There were issues present every time I ate there. Agree entirely they had the best burgrers and “concretes”, worth the slightly higher prices. But every time I went there, someone would walk in with a botched order that had to be remade. They did do the right thing, but it had to hurt their bottom line. One time they botched my order, but they made it right without any question, even though they were slammed. I assumed the volume of business durinng lunch hours and/or form online orders made up for it, but apparently not. This is truly a major loss to that stip, as their food was so much better than their competition. This ranks with the loss of Brown Bag Burgers as another case of scale beating out quality. Freddy’s was a decent replacement for Brown Bag, and now there is a void again.
