AVON, Ohio — Lorain County Leviathan FC continue to make waves across USL League Two, announcing the addition of three standout players while simultaneously emerging as one of the most sought-after destinations for elite domestic and international talent.

With each new signing, the Leviathan are not only strengthening their roster—they are confirming what many across the soccer world are beginning to recognize: Lorain County is becoming a true destination for players pursuing the next level of the game.

Leading the latest wave of signings is Northeast Ohio native Marko Odorcic, a commanding 6’3” presence from Wright State University. Odorcic brings top-tier Division I experience, having logged more than 1,000 minutes of competition and delivering defining moments, including a brace against University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee last season. His physical dominance, aerial strength, and proven scoring ability immediately add a formidable weapon to the Leviathan attack.

The international profile of the club continues to grow with the addition of England-trained standout Nial McClintock. Developed within one of Europe’s premier academy environments(UDA-Chester), McClintock’s leadership, technical precision, and experience in elite training systems reflect the global caliber of talent now choosing Lorain County. His arrival midseason is expected to provide a major boost as the club enters the critical second half of its campaign.

Further strengthening the attack is forward Alex De Nittis, born in Dortmund, Germany who arrives with a proven scoring record. Appearing in 11 matches with 10 starts, De Nittis recorded five goals and three assists while totaling 26 shots and 780 minutes of action. His attacking instincts and relentless scoring mentality will reinforce an already dangerous offensive unit alongside fellow Cleveland State standout Stephen Yerian.

These signings represent more than roster additions—they reflect a larger shift in the club’s global standing.

In recent months, the Leviathan have seen a dramatic increase in interest from players across the United States and abroad. Elite athletes are actively pursuing opportunities in Lorain County, drawn by the club’s professional match environment, high-level competition, and rapidly growing reputation.

Forefront Field, now firmly established as one of the premier venues in the region, has become a proving ground for ambitious players seeking exposure, growth, and meaningful competition. Every signing reinforces the club’s commitment to building a roster capable of competing at the highest level while representing Lorain County on a national and international stage.

That growth may soon extend even further.

The club has entered discussions regarding a potential overseas partnership with a well-known European organization—an alignment that would create new pathways for player development, international collaboration, and global visibility. While details remain forthcoming, the initiative signals the Leviathan’s long-term commitment to integrating Lorain County into the global soccer landscape.

From local standouts to international prospects, players are no longer simply being recruited to Lorain County—they are choosing it.

With momentum building, elite talent arriving, and global connections on the horizon, Lorain County Leviathan FC are not just building a team.

They are building a destination.
