Looking Back At WCW Halloween Havoc

1994

This was by far and away, the very best Halloween Havoc show WCW ever put on, it rivals a stellar 1998 card.  The main event says it all.  The new WCW World Champion Hulk Hogan putting his belt on the line against Ric Flair in a Retirement Cage Match with Mr. T as the referee.

That it is 3 stipulations wrapped into one match between all-time legends.  On top of the name value alone, the match was the best the two ever had with each other.

Later in the night, it was revealed that Brother Brutus Beefcake was the masked man attacking Hogan several months beforehand.

A hot crowd from Detroit was rowdy all night for every match and they were not disappointed!  Vader versus the Guardian Angel fought for the next shot at Hogan, that match was good for two big men.  Plenty of action!
