Avon Lake RB Gage Duesler Player of the Week 4 for 2020

Avon Lake tailback Gage Duesler along with lead blocker Griffin Lidyard and an amazing offensive line have paved the way for the Shoremen to win three straight games.  Perhaps none more impressive than this last Friday as Duesler ran all over a tough Amherst Comets defense for 214 yards and 3 touchdowns.

The big night From Duesler and the Shoremen, ended the Comets three game winning streak as they handed them their first loss 21-7 as Gage scored all three touchdowns.

As mentioned, he didn’t do it all himself however, Gage benefits from one of the best fullbacks (Lidyard) and also lines in the state.

The Shoremen will look to keep rolling this weekend as they visit North Olmsted.
