North Olmsted, Ohio – September 11, 2025 – Great Northern Mall proudly welcomes the new Vietnamese restaurant Build the Pho. The official ribbon cutting will be on Monday, September 15 at 12:30pm.
What:
Celebrate the grand opening of Build the Pho on Monday, September 15 with a ribbon cutting. Guests will enjoy 50% off their bill all day long. To commemorate the day, Build the Pho will have Chinese lion dancers and a drum fest at 12:30pm.
In addition, guests will enjoy 20% off their bill from September 16 to 30.
Build the Pho puts a twist on tradition with its “build-your-own-bowl” concept, letting guests customize their pho with fresh broths, four noodle varieties, and proteins from rare beef to tofu. All broths are made in-house daily, with options like rich beef and savory vegan. Beyond pho, the menu features Vietnamese favorites including spring and summer rolls, grilled pork buns, and steak over rice.
