Full AFC Playoff Scenario

AFC West Champions

KC Chiefs at 14 – 1

AFC East Champions

Buffalo Bills at 11-3

AFC North Champions

Pittsburgh Steelers at 12-3

AFC South Champions

TBD Tennessee & Colts tied at 10-5 each (Titans hold the tiebreaker)

The 5 AFC teams at 10-5, battling for the 4 playoff spots.  (conference record)

Miami Dolphins 10 – 5 (7-4)

Next week they play at Buffalo

Scenario – They win and they are in.  If Buffalo wins tomorrow night against NE, the Bills will have the 2 seed clinched and be resting starters next week.

Baltimore Ravens 10-5 (6-5)

Next Week they play at Cincinnati

Scenario – They win, and they are in with a chance at making a run at the AFC Championship game if they remain hot.  Cincy is red hot right now, so it’s the not the give me it was two weeks ago.  Also, The Ravens hold the tie breaker over Cleveland as they have beaten them twice and have the same record in the conference.

Tennessee Titans 10 – 5 (7-4)

Next Week they play at Houston

Scenario – They win and they clinch the division and the playoff spot.  A loss, and a Browns, Dolphins, Ravens and Colts win, and they miss the playoffs.  They have the easiest path.

Cleveland Browns 10-5 (6-5)

Next week they play at home against Pittsburgh

Playoff scenario – They win and they are in.  Will Pittsburgh rest starters?  Do they get another crack at Mason Rudolph?  So many storylines going into this one.

If they lose, they would need the Colts to lose as well. The Browns need a win and nothing else will matter.  Just win and you are in!

Indy Colts 10-5 (6-5)

Next week they play at home against Jacksonville

Playoff scenario – They need a win, and either a Cleveland Browns or Titans loss.
