Former All-American Defensive Back Anthony Kendall Agrees to Terms with Tennessee Titans

Per Jeff Miller of BW

BEREA, Ohio – Former Baldwin Wallace University All-American defensive back Anthony Kendall ’23 (Port Richey, Fla./ River Ridge) has agreed to terms to sign as an undrafted free agent with the Tennessee Titans of the National Football League.

Kendall becomes the second BW football player to sign with an NFL team as he joins Keith Darbut ’11, who was signed by the Cincinnati Bengals and the Seattle Seahawks in 2011.

“I am a very proud coach to see Anthony sign with the Tennessee Titans,” said BW Head Football Coach Jim Hilvert.  “Anthony showed that his perseverance at BW gave him an opportunity to reach his dream of playing in the NFL.  What a great story for a great player, student-athlete, and young man.”

His final season, Kendall, the 2022 Lee J. Tressel Ohio Athletic Conference Defensive Back of the Year, led the Yellow Jackets, the OAC, and was tied for 13th in NCAA Division III with a career-high 12 pass breakups as a starter in all 10 games.
