Five Men The Cleveland Browns Should Have Kept Around

John Dorsey

Dorsey came to the Browns towards the tail end of their 2017 season in which they went 0-16.  He instantly turned around the culture to a winning and more upbeat one, while also drafting Baker Mayfield, Denzel Ward and Nick Chubb.  He traded for Jarvis Landry and made several key personnel moves to get the Browns back in contention.  He was smart enough to fire Hue Jackson before he did any further damage and kept the culture a positive one at all times.  Sadly, Dorsey will forever be known as the guy who hired Kitchens and traded for OBJ.  Still, when you look at how terrible Andrew Barry has been, the Browns got rid of Dorsey far too soon.
