Five Men The Cleveland Browns Should Have Kept Around

Several different times since Jimmy Haslam bought the team in 2013, have the Cleveland Browns been on the cusp of turning things around.  Sadly, each time, he seems to jettison one of the guys responsible for the turn around out of town and they begin at square one all over again.

And no, I’m not talking about Brian Hoyer either, let’s not even go down that road as the guy was a career backup for a reason.  I’m talking about a group of guys who were key figures in turn arounds, that no one saw coming when suddenly, there weren’t here anymore.  All of which, based solely on Jimmy Haslam wanting to be the smartest guy in the room.

To keep things best aligned and make it easy to follow along, I will list them in chronological order starting on page two.
