Round 3 • Pick 33 (97) • LB Jacob Phillips.

Phillips came in with a good reputation of possibly being a game changer. A mid rounder who had first round talent. Through five games he has shown none of that as of yet. He has only played in 3, started 1 and has been limited to 5 total tackles and 1 pass deflection. This Linebacking core needs someone to step up.
