Cole’s Corner: 2022 Four Round NFL Mock Draft

Round 3

  1. Jacksonville Jaguars – Christian Harris, LB, Alabama
  2. Detroit Lions – Matt Corral, QB, Ole Miss
  3. New York Giants – Jalen Pitre, S, Baylor
  4. Houston Texans – Logan Hall, Edge, Houston
  5. New York Jets – Channing Tindall, LB, Georgia
  6. Jacksonville Jaguars – Nick Cross, S, Maryland
  7. Chicago Bears – Dylan Parham, C, Memphis
  8. Seattle Seahawks – Phidarian Mathis, DT, Alabama
  9. Indianapolis Colts – Jalen Tolbert, WR, Southern Alabama
  10. Atlanta Falcons – Ed Ingram, OG, LSU
  11. Denver Broncos – Nik Bonitto, Edge, Oklahoma
  12. Baltimore Ravens – Arnold Ebiketie, Edge, Penn State
  13. Minnesota Vikings – Romeo Doubs, WR, Nevada
  14. Cleveland Browns – Cameron Thomas, Edge, San Diego State

The Browns have added some depth at defensive end yet are still looking to add a true star defensive end opposite Myles Garrett. The longer time goes on without Jadeveon Clowney going elsewhere, the more it appears like he will return to Cleveland. Even if he does return, the Browns need to select Cameron Thomas. My comparison to Cameron Thomas is Maxx Crosby of the Las Vegas Raiders. He has a solid build and moves quickly as a pass rusher. There is a ton of potential with this prospect.

  1. Los Angeles Chargers – Daniel Faalele, OT, Minnesota
  2. Houston Texans – Khalil Shakir, WR, Boise State
  3. New York Giants – JoJo Domann, LB, Nebraska
  4. Atlanta Falcons – Justyn Ross, WR, Clemson
  5. Philadelphia Eagles – Tyler Smith, OG, Tulsa
  6. Pittsburgh Steelers – Josh Paschal, Edge, Kentucky
  7. New England Patriots – Darrian Beavers, LB, Cincinnati
  8. Las Vegas Raiders – Marcus Jones, CB, Houston
  9. Arizona Cardinals – Rasheed Walker, OT, Penn State
  10. Dallas Cowboys – Breece Hall, RB, Iowa State
  11. Buffalo Bills – Perrion Winfrey, DT, Oklahoma
  12. Tennessee Titans – Brian Asamoah, LB, Oklahoma
  13. Tampa Bay Buccaneers – Greg Dulcich, TE, UCLA
  14. Green Bay Packers – Braxton Jones, OT, Southern Utah
  15. San Francisco 49ers – Matthew Butler, DT, Tennessee
  16. Kansas City Chiefs – Jake Ferguson, TE, Wisconsin
  17. Cincinnati Bengals – Bryan Cook, S, Cincinnati
  18. Denver Broncos – Coby Bryant, CB, Cincinnati
  19. Detroit Lions – Mario Goodrich, CB, Clemson
  20. New Orleans Saints – Sam Howell, QB, North Carolina
  21. Cleveland Browns – John Ridgeway, DT, Arkansas

Ridgeway is a physical, run stopping defensive tackle that could even play nose tackle in a 3-4. In the Browns 4-2-5, they need to get much stronger against the run. Ridgeway would greatly assist in doing just that. He is so tough to block 1v1 and drives interior offensive linemen into the backfield.

100  Baltimore Ravens – Alec Lindstrom, C, Boston College

101 Philadelphia Eagles – Verone McKinley III, S, Oregon

102 Miami Dolphins – Jesse Luketa, LB, Penn State

103 Kansas City Chiefs – Zachary Carter, DT, Florida

104 Los Angeles Rams – Sean Rhyan, OG, UCLA

105 San Francisco 49ers – Tyler Badie, RB, Missouri
