Cold Pizza: How The WWE Can Produce 7 Television Shows A Week And Stay Fresh!

Fridays Legend Hour

Here is an idea that would either be a giant boom, or epic bust. But it sure would be fun to try.

The concept is simple, a 60 minute show on WGN, TNT or whatever cable station decides to pick it up.

The first 30 minutes of the show would be dedicated to replaying a classic match from wrestling lore. Complete with interviews from those involved, if possible.

The second 30 minutes would be dedicated to a match between two legends. The match length can be anywhere from 5 – 10 minutes.

Fans love legends, and reliving the past, they would love this!

To qualify to appear on the show, you would have to be a wrestler who wrestled before 2004. Roughly 15 years prior.

So basically, if you had a match before WrestleMania 20, you would qualify to be on the show. It doesn’t matter if you’re still wrestling today, as long as you were wrestling before 2004.

Think about the possibilities, Hacksaw Jim Duggan vs Brutus Beefcake, Jake the Snake vs DDP,  Hulk Hogan vs Shawn Michaels,  Kane vs HHH, Goldberg vs The Undertaker, John Cena vs Batista, The Strike Force vs The Killer Bee’s etc..

The options are endless with guys who can still go for 5-10 minutes. Seems silly, but it could still be a lot of fun!
