Cold Pizza: How The WWE Can Produce 7 Television Shows A Week And Stay Fresh!

Monday Night Raw on USA

This is simple, Monday Night RAW remains the flagship program. Keep it the entire male main roster only.  The radical move on this however is to have it be only men.  The entire show would feature only male competitors at the heavyweight level.  Also, you have only one secondary title on the show.

So either keep the United States Championship, or the Intercontinental and that is it.  If they were smart, they would eliminate the IC belt, and keep the United States belt.  Also add a Global Championship belt and only have one Tag Championship..

Your basic belt breakdown would be

World Heavyweight Champion (only one, get rid of the Universal Belt)

Global (a belt that only wrestlers not born in America can compete for. Look around, there is a ton on the roster)

United States (only US born wrestlers can compete for it)

Tag team (only one)

The length of the show would remain 3 hours, as you would need that to get everyone in. Without women and cruiserweights, you should be able to do that.
