The Cleveland State men’s basketball team will make yet another appearance on linear television this season as the game at Wright State on Thursday, February 27 has been selected to air on ESPN2. The Horizon League and ESPN released the latest linear selection today in conjunction with the league’s television contract with ESPN.
Tip-off time has been adjusted to 9:00 p.m. EST from Wright State’s Nutter Center. Cleveland State makes its fifth appearance on a linear network this season. The Vikings have played on Big Ten Network twice in the non-conference as well as twice on ESPNU, including this Sunday’s home game against Youngstown State.
This is the second meeting between the two teams this season. Cleveland State won the first matchup 78-64 at the Wolstein Center on December 29. The Vikings have won three of the last five meetings. Fans can listen to live radio coverage on Fox Sports 1350 AM and the iHeartRadio app. Ed Daugherty will have pre-game coverage starting at 8:30 with Voice of the Vikings Al Pawlowski on the call at 9:00 p.m.
