Why he is tradable
Speed, he can run fast and take the top off the defense. Sadly for Browns fans, they have seen ZERO of that in his time there. The Texans are desperate for another receiver after losing both Stephen Diggs and Nico Collins in the past weeks. Moore may be a cheap fix for the Texans as he is going nowhere fast in Cleveland.
What can they get for him?
They dealt a two to get him but won’t come close to getting that back for him as he has been dreadful. The Texans may be desperate enough to send a 4 or 5 however.
Also, Tampa Bay is banged up with Chris Godwin and Mike Evans both currently sidelined with injury. Baker is hot this year, time to get him another weapon.
