The Deshaun Watson that the Browns traded away 3 NFL First Round Draft picks for, arrived in Washington today, just in time to throw 3 touchdown passes and lead the Browns to a 24-10 victory over the Commanders. The win knocked the Commanders out of the playoff chase, and gave Cleveland fans a reason to smile about this trade for the first time this season.
Watson led the Browns back from a 7-3 halftime deficit as he finished by going 9 of 18 for 169 yards and 3 touchdowns. The threat of the pass also unlocked the running game and allowed Nick Chubb to rush for 104 yards on just 14 carries.
A balanced attack along with great defense, allowed the Browns to walk away with the big victory.
We hand out the game balls on page two as the Browns now prepare for a trip to Heinz Field to try and win their first regular season road game there since 2003.
Way to go Browns
