Cleveland Browns Additions Give Them Shot at AFC North Crown

Players acquired via trade

Elijah Moore from the Jets

Moore should be a solid third wideout threat for Deshaun Watson behind DPJ and Amari Cooper.  He can take the lid off the defense and has a bit of a chip on his shoulder coming from New York.  Things ended badly there for him, but the physical talent is still there.

ZaDarius Smith from Minnesota

The DE coming over from Minnesota is the second Viking Andrew Barry poached this offseason to help sure up that defensive line.  If the Browns are going to have any chance at containing guys like Joe Burrow and Lamar Jackson in their division, they badly need pressure.  If Smith doesn’t let outside distractions and poor attitude ruin his play, this could be a giant steal for Cleveland.
