3. Start fast and keep Baker Mayfield protected
It’s imperative for the Browns to start fast at home on Sunday night against the Rams. If they start sluggish, like they have played the last two games, it may be a long night. What’s more worrisome is trying to contain Aaron Donald when our offense steps onto the field.
Being crowned the defensive player of the year for the past two seasons, we all know what Donald brings to opposing offenses the second he steps onto the field. That means the offensive line must continue to protect Mayfield as well as they have the first two weeks of the season. The less we see of Donald in the backfield, the better off Baker and the Browns will be throughout the night.
