Contain opposing running backs
Something the Browns struggled with last year was stopping the run, as the team gave up the fifth-most total rushing yards (2,163) during the regular season. Running back Derrick Henry shined in the second half of the season for the Titans, averaging just over 100 rushing yards per game after week 10.
The 6-foot-3, 247-pound back is a violent, downhill runner that will not go down easily on first contact, as he forced the most missed tackles in the league last year (45). If the team is able to contain Henry from breaking free downfield, that will force Mariota to throw the ball more, which is something that gives an advantage to Cleveland.
