I’m not sure if the Martha Hart speech put everyone to sleep, or what the issue was for this match as the crowd was dead. I’m still in confusion as to why the AEW brain trust turned Sammy G and Tay Conti heel. It makes little to no sense. The fans were left with no one to root for in this match and it showed. I love how the garbage Masked Man Excalibur tried to pump up Paige VZ as some sort of badass UFC fighter by rattling off wins she had over total nobodies in her dismal MMA career.
This match couldn’t end soon enough.
