Browns Kareem Hunt pulled over for speeding Tuesday

The beat goes on for the Cleveland Browns. On Tuesday, RB Kareem Hunt was pulled over by Rocky River police for speeding and “small amounts of marijuana “ were found in three different areas of his car.

Hunt, who served an eight  game suspension last season vowed in December that he was undergoing treatment for substance abuse but one wonders if it was league mandated or done on his own.

What is important here is that the police only cited him and sent him on his way. The Browns however have a decision to make. If they are all in with this change of culture they are adamant about, and given that fact the position Hunt plays and who he plays behind, will they just move on?

Although he was not cited for marijuana it is almost certain the NFL will have some conversations concerning the league’s substance abuse policy. Hunt is a restricted free agent in March.
