BREAKING NEWS: Ohio Gov Dewine Approves High School Sports To Begin

COLUMBUS, Ohio – After months of speculation, Governor Mike Dewine approved High School Sports to move forward.   The OHSAA also approved a six week football schedule to go on earlier this month.

Here’s the thing, as always and what has already occurred is many high schools deciding not to play.  A large chunk of schools in Akron and Parma have already backed out.

We will have High School Football and Soccer this season, the two of the three contact sports as listed by the OHSAA.  What it will all look like is anyone’s guess.

He also mentioned that certain schools will have the option to switch to the Spring Season as well.  So the chaos will continue, as now schools will wrestle over the decision to play in the fall or the spring?  Yet again, not a firm answer or one that provides much clarity.

He also mentioned that only parents will be able to attend games, and this includes parents of the marching band members, and cheerleaders as well.

Please explain to me what a mute point is? Is it a point that is silent.

Dear writer, the word you are looking for is moot, which means having little or no relevance.
