Donovan Peoples-Jones will be traded by Halloween

The Browns are deeper now at wide receiver, then they have been in years, and while Peoples-Jones has improved each season, he is nowhere near being a second option on this team.  With the acquisition of Elijah Moore, the drafting of Cedric Tillman and David Bell poised to have a breakout year, he is now suddenly very expendable.  A healthy Jakeem Grant would be able to help in the kick return game as well.
