The boys bounced back with a big 4-1 GLC victory over those pesky Pirates from River. At First singles, David took the first set 6-4. He then dropped the second set 4-6. He won the super tiebreaker 10-3 to take first singles. At second singles, Gus won in straight sets, 6-3, 6-2. At third singles, Aiden lost a close 3 set battle in the super tiebreaker 8-10. First dubs team of Geoffrey and Russ won in straight sets 6-1, 6-1. At second dubs the team of Benji and Andrew won in straight sets as well. 6-1, 6-0. The Rockets have another tough GLC battle tomorrow against Normandy at Bradley Park. Go Rockets! |
