Bay Rockets Halt the Normandy Invaders

The Rockets pushed away the Invaders with a 25 stroke victory @ Sweetbriar golf course. The team played outstanding. (Sr.) Ian Williams continued his stellar season scoring a 36. Ian had three birdies on the day. (Sr.) Jack Chalmers and (Sr.) Ben Shuster were not far behind, carding 38’s. Jack had a chip-in birdie on hole #3. (Jr.) Travis Ropelewski stayed hot posing a 38 too. Travis had consecutive birdies on holes 5 & 6. (Jr.) Trevor Ormsby had another solid outing firing a 39. His consistency off the tee is a weapon. Trevor notched a birdie on the par 5 5th hole. The Rockets will be in action tomorrow at Seneca golf course vs. Lakewood.
