      1. They need to bring back the the hot ham and Swiss sandwich too, and go back to the chicken tenders they used to have. I haven’t gone there or my husband, since the deleted the ham and Swiss and the potato cakes. I won’t ever go back unless they do.

      2. I usd to go to Arby’s all the time until they told me they no longer sell potato cakes. I havnt been there since. But the day I hear they are back I will be back, im sure I’ll be in a huge line but It’ll be worth it.

  1. The one item out of 3 you did not bring back was the potato cakes. Still not visiting you due to that.

  2. The 1 item you did not bring back were the potato cakes. Still not visiting you because of that.

  3. You’d think anyone with any brains would know this.. its pretty obvious crinkle cut fries are nasty. No patato cakes then I’m not shopping there

  4. Stopped shopping at Arby’s since they did away with the potatoes cakes. I also miss the turkey club.

  5. I assume Arby’s doesn’t care that they lost so many customers with the disappearance of the potato cakes.
Otherwise they would bring them back.
Good luck with all that Arby’s.
    Ugh!!!

    1. I agree with the comments posted. Arby’s needs to bring back the potato cakes. They were the best thing on the menu and a clear differentiator from the other fast food chains.

  6. I quit going to Arby’s since they got rid of potato cakes. Who wants their nasty curly fries or crinkle fries.

  7. The only reason I ever went to Arby’s is for 2 reasons because my dad loved it there and another because of the potato cakes.

  8. Why won’t you bring back the potato cakes? I haven’t eaten there since, so disappointing that you don’t care what your consumers want.

  9. You can always get standard fries anywhere. They took away the potato cakes and brought in regular french fries that aren’t anything special AT ALL! My boyfriend and I went into mourning and literally since last year 2021 when it happened, we have never nor will ever, go back to ANY Arby’s. If Arby’s brings them back, we will be happy to get some Arby’s meats! Potato Cakes were only available at Arby’s. Now that they took them away, they are like every other fast food. So long Arby’s!

  10. Some of you have indicated that you don’t like the crinkle cut or regular fries . . . . I find them them to be seasoned really badly. Sorry that they got rid of the potato pancakes because they were the best! And wouldn’t you think that Arby’s would be really happy to have something on their menu that no one else had?? Basically their food is sub-par, but oh, those potato pancakes were the best! Yeah, I’m not going back either—EVER!

  11. I was so upset that you no longer serve potato cakes. Not that I don’t like Arby’s Roast Beef sandwiches BUT I am now done eating at Arby’s. You need to Bring back the potatoes cakes. (PLEASE)

  12. I’m not sure who made the decision to discontinue the potato cakes, but he or she needs to be booted out!!! Seems to me they are going with the same business plan as Applebee’s and trying to ruin the business(anything loved they remove from the menu). If you take away the things your customers love the most, it is the same as Applebee’s, neither of you seem to care what the customer wants. I hope that at some point Arby’s will wake up and bring back the customer favs.

  13. The potato cakes are also the only reason I ate there, the Beef & Cheddar is good but the Potato Cake is the hero. I will never be back unless the potato cake is back.
The commercials about turning Arby’s into a fusion restaurant is ridiculous.
