Cleveland Browns: Does Cleveland Have The Best Wide Receiver Group In The NFL?

AFC Power Rankings 2.0

  1. Cincinnati Bengals

Predicted record: 5-11

Not even Bengals fans believe this will be their season… especially with the rise of the Cleveland Browns in the AFC North. It only got worse though when AJ Green recently went down with a foot injury. Initial reports stated that the star wide receiver would be out somewhere between 6-8 weeks.

If that does end up being on the longer end, the Bengals will be leaning heavily on their running backs Joe Mixon and Giovani Bernard. Tyler Boyd is a good receiver but not nearly the level of Green.

To be truthful though, the roster for Cincinnati is not bad at all. The offensive line is okay, the defense is filled with talent and there are still some big name weapons like Tyler Eifert.

There are several issues holding back the Bengals that do not relate to the amount of talent. Those issues would be injury troubles, lack of a winning culture in the current group and inconsistent play from quarterback Andy Dalton.

Cincinnati still has a long way to go before they start winning any playoff games – let alone make it to the postseason.
