This remains one of the best angles in all pro wrestling right now. Mariah May hits a homerun every time she touches the ball. The reign of Storm comes to an end at Wembley as May is red hot.
The main event quickly breaks down into a mele with The Elite, Swerve, Hangman Page, The Acclaimed, Marc Briscoe and Darby Allen.
Grade = B
Smart move ending the big night with a preview of the 10 men who will be in Blood and Guts next week, basic pro wrestling booking 101. A cool moment to see Darby descend from the rafters ala his mentor Sting as well.
Overall, I give the night a B-1. It could have been much better, but at the same time, it could have been much worse as well, so we’ll take it for now. Bring on blood and guts.
