by Episode three of this seasons, ABC The Golden Bachelor is in the books. Let’s take a quick look at what went down.
The Nicolle make out session in the pool.
Was she right or wrong? She was right! This is a competition and she is making the most of her time with Mel. This group is considerably younger then the first crew they had for the Gerry season, and you have to expect this type of thing. They are going to push the sex button hard with this year and if you are Mel Owens, why not go right along with it?
Debbie gets chosen for the one on one.
The fitness instructor from Colorado was one of my favorites going into this week and improved her case with a solid one and one date with Mel. You can easily tell by her emotion that her excitement was genuine and she seems like a very good person. It is odd that she is 62 and hasn’t been in a serious relationship in 40 plus years….
The Group Date
This was dumb, how do you roast someone you have known all of two weeks? No one has heard of this Jared Fried clown, who cares. The women gave it their best shot, but it came across kind of clunky and forced. Then when he and Nicolle were alone, she seemed a little fixated on hearing how his wife left him. She recovered quickly by landing another kiss and rose.
The house visitors
Kathy and Suzanne showed up to throw a slumber party for the old ladies to have some fun. These two just keep cashing in on their faded 15 minutes of fame. They even led a game of, “never have I ever”, which gave me the perfect opportunity to grab a snack.
